How do the mists actually work?
Scent is one of the fastest routes to the nervous system. Used consistently at the same moment each day, a mist becomes a conditioned cue — your body learns that this scent means sleep, focus or calm. Each blend pairs evidence-informed botanicals with a simple breath practice printed on the box.
Are the formulas safe and clean?
Yes — clean botanicals, no synthetic fragrance and no parabens. Every formula is developed with a clinical psychologist and reviewed for skin and fabric safety. If you have allergies, check the full ingredient list on each product page.
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka: 1–2 days. Outside Dhaka: 2–4 days. Orders over ৳ 2,500 ship free across Bangladesh. You can pay cash on delivery.
What is your return policy?
7-day, no-questions returns. If a product isn't right for you, contact the care team and we'll arrange a pickup and refund.
How do I track my order?
